A school based in the Epsom area.

• Ensuring that the premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Performing routine administrative tasks such as managing inventory and ordering supplies.
• Providing support to the Secretarial & Business Support department as needed.
• Assisting in the organisation of events and meetings.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Monitoring and maintaining security within the premises.
• Coordinating with external vendors for repair and maintenance work.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and policies.

• Relevant experience in caretaking or a similar role.
• Proficiency in performing administrative tasks.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to coordinate with external vendors effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
