Job Description
The Litigation Solicitor will be:
- Managing a caseload of in-house litigation matters
- Advising on tenancy disputes, possession proceedings and anti-social behaviour cases
- Supporting the organisation on disrepair and enforcement matters
- Working closely with housing officers and operational teams
- Assisting in developing best practice and risk management processes
The Successful Applicant
The Housing Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with some litigation experience
- Ideally familiar with housing law or property-related disputes
- Confident managing their own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Able to provide practical, solutions-focused legal advice
- Keen to develop specialist expertise within housing litigation
