The organisation is seeking an Operations Manager to further advance its mission and expand its reach.
As Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of Bristol Future Talent Partnership, ensuring the successful implementation of high-quality work experience placements. You will cultivate strong partnerships with Bristol-based organisations and educational institutions while maintaining existing stakeholder relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with schools and colleges to identify students for work experience placements and supporting teachers and career advisors in preparing students for these opportunities.
- Generating income through grant applications and managing the organisation's budget, including financial reporting.
- Ensuring risk management and safeguarding protocols are adhered to throughout all activities.
- Monitoring and reporting on the organisation's performance.
They will have a proven track record of developing working relationships and responding proactively to emerging challenges and opportunities. The ideal candidate would also have experience in financial management, grant applications and safeguarding.
