Location: Covering north region of the UK. Field based role
Salary:£45,000 with a £15,000 OTE based on personal and company performance

Talented People are recruiting on behalf of a market leader looking for an experienced field based Account Manager to join this growing business and create new job opportunities through prospecting new business and nurturing existing relationships.
The Role:
As an Area Sales Manager (North), you will manage your own region as if it were your own business. You’ll be responsible for driving growth by developing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities, forecasting sales, and working alongside our internal teams to close deals. Your key duties will include:
- Building strong customer relationships across all levels and being strategic in your approach
- Spend time field based visiting customers and potential customers, presenting updates or a new presentation and closing the client
- Creating and executing a sales plan to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
- Collaborating with the internal sales team to generate leads and close opportunities.
- Updating the CRM system with contact data and account development plans.
- Attending monthly sales meetings to provide insights and support company strategy.
What You Need:
- Able to demonstrate experience in creating new business opportunities within an area/field sales role
- Able to be strategic in your approach by prospecting business, setting up meetings, creating a marketing plan and working on finalising an agreement with that potential client
- A collaborative mindset, working closely with internal sales teams
- Curiosity to learn and identify new opportunities within the industry.
