Senior Associate - Real Estate

DWF LLP is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Senior Associate to join our expanding Scottish Real Estate team. The successful candidate will be based in our Glasgow office.
You will be joining a friendly supportive team dedicated to excellent client service. This is a fast-paced role and the successful candidate will have exposure to clients on a regular basis. The successful candidate will be working with a number of leading and well known investment and development funds based out of Scotland, London and occasionally internationally too.The work will be varied and interesting.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate you will demonstrate technical and commercial expertise and the ability to deliver results within required time frames in order to provide the highest service level to external clients whilst demonstrating and communicating a clear understanding of business needs/changes to internal clients.
We are seeking applications from candidates who have relevant commercial real estate experience. We are also seeking candidates with confidence in terms of client relationships.
Strong drafting skills are a requirement in this role as well as a solid background in investment, development, asset management, real estate finance and strategic land work from time to time.
You should be able to demonstrate a drive to succeed, and an enthusiasm to engage with clients. We are also seeking candidates with good presentation and client handling skills, and a real desire to develop their career at DWF.
What will help you succeed in this role? :
Essential- Previous Senior Associate or Associate Solicitor experience in a relevant Real Estate role
- Demonstrated ability to manage your own caseload effectively
- Good attention to detail
- Experience working closely with Partners, Directors, and senior colleagues on larger projects
- Proven ability to maintain a client-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and performance-driven, with a commitment to providing high-quality legal advice
