About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Product Migration Specialist to join my client's team. In this role, you will perform product configuration and implementation tasks to migrate acquired clients to the latest updated version of our SaaS products.

You will work closely with client contacts, under the direction of the Product Migration Manager, to ensure a smooth and timely transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct engagement with client organisations and their users to understand their processes and integrate our software solutions to improve those processes.
- Be on the front line of modernising government organisations with advanced software technologies.
- Work in small teams with an entrepreneurial attitude.
- Configuration and deployment of SaaS products and updates for acquired clients.
- Analysis of client data sources and quality review of data content for products and services.
- Regular communication with clients to ensure they are informed of project status and any needs are being addressed.
- Remote and/or on-site installation, configuration, and testing of the solution(s) being implemented.
- Development of documentation and other reference materials (as needed) to be used for training and support.
- Train clients on how to use their software products.
- Good communication, enunciation, and grammar skills (in the English language) are highly important.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS or Certificate in Computer Science, MIS, Database Administration, GIS, Geography, or a related field; or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) is essential.
- Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) is a plus.
- Experience with Windows OS, file directory and network navigation, basic OS admin tasks.
