About the Supply Chain Coordinator job
The purpose of your role will be to aid the Supply Chain Team in the smooth running of procurement and planning whilst providing constant essential communication to key stakeholder departments.
Key tasks- Efficiently process customer orders, prepare order sheets, and coordinate with relevant sites.
- Manage logistics, including haulage bookings, depot slots, ASN creation, and distribution.
- Maintain accurate records by logging supply data, managing crates, and preparing weekly summaries.
- Support the team with additional business tasks and secure PODs from hauliers as needed.
About You
The successful candidate would preferably have FMCG experience, be an excellent communicator at all levels and numerically competent.

The Supply Chain Coordinator job (ref:8843) is paying £26,000 to £30,000 pro rata according to your experience. This is a part time role and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 1:00pm plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis (1 in 3).
The site is based in Maidstone, Kent and is commutable from Ashford, Sittingbourne, West Malling, Chatham, Paddock Wood, Tonbridge and surrounding towns.
The package includes 25 days holiday (pro-rated), Annual Salary Review, Annual Bonus Scheme and a Pension.
