Accounts Assistant - Part time - South London - £25-28k

Wise May are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our client based in South London. This is a great opportunity to join an international property company and become part of a friendly team.
Duties to include:
- Reconciliation of the deposit account
- Supplier invoices for office
- Liaising with accountants with regards to monthly, quarterly and annual bookkeeping queries
- Submitting overseas landlord tax returns
- Processing contractor invoices for managed properties
- Landlord annual tax statements through software
- Daily/weekly reconciliations of the client account on the property management software
- Daily/weekly processing of rental transactions
Skills:
- Good analytical, mathematical and organisational skills.
- Professionally qualified or willingness to study toward a professional qualification (CII or other equivalent).
- Previous accounts experience
- Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
We would be keen to speak with anyone who has experience with reconciliations, month end procedures and maintenance of ledgers.
