Head of Finance
This role will ensure that the company remains financially healthy, supports the business in achieving its goals, and meets statutory and regulatory requirements.
Location: BristolHybrid: 2/3 days onsite
Duration: 4 - 6 Months
Rate: £400 - £460pd (Via Umbrella)
Key Responsibilities;- Lead the finance team in producing monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Prepare financial information for Senior Leadership Team approval and support the creation of the annual budget.
- Provide financial insights to guide strategic decisions and monitor commercial performance, including KPIs and budget tracking.
- Develop and maintain finance policies and ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements.
- Oversee daily finance operations, including payments, invoices, and payroll, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Work with the Senior Project Manager to forecast and report project costs.
- Partner with the commercial team on costing and pricing to ensure project margins
- Provide financial advice and support across the organisation
