Manpower Engineering is excited to partner with a leading Research and Development company based in Blyth, to help recruit a Mechanical Fitter for a contract position lasting until Christmas.

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

Job Responsibilities:
In thos role you will be part of a team building and decommissioning test rigs for the offshore renewable energy sector.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Apprentice-trained Mechanical Fitter
- Skills: Mechanical Fitting and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience: Previous work experience in heavy industry
- Desirable Certifications: Overhead Crane and Slinger/Banksman tickets (preferred but not essential)
