Job Description

The key responsibilities of a Management Accountant will include:

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Implement effective cost-control measures.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial procedures.
• Advise on ways to improve profitability and reduce financial risk.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should be:

• Actively studying towards a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Proven experience in management accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications especially excel.
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
