Our client is a leading specialist in high-end carpentry and joinery, delivering exceptional craftsmanship across London's most prestigious commercial and residential projects. With a reputation for quality, innovation, and reliability, they work closely with Tier 1 contractors to deliver bespoke joinery solutions on projects ranging from £1M to £10M.Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their Borehamwood-based team, playing a key role in tendering for complex and high-value contracts.
Senior Estimator - Salary & Benefits- Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 (DOE).

- Preparing detailed cost estimates for high-end joinery projects valued between £1M - £10M.
- Working closely with Tier 1 contractors to submit competitive tenders.
- Collaborating with a small team of Estimators, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pricing.
- Conducting cost analysis, risk assessments, and value engineering to optimise project profitability.
- Managing tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements and project specifications.
- Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Proven experience in carpentry and joinery estimating is essential.
- Strong understanding of bespoke joinery pricing, contracts, and procurement processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
- Based within commuting distance of Borehamwood.
- Open to candidates from junior to senior level, provided they have relevant industry experience.
