The role

The main objective of the position is to offer administrative support for international recruitment and partnerships within the YSJ Global office. This involves providing excellent customer service support for agents, external institutions, and other relevant recruitment intermediaries.

Required skills and experience

Excellent customer service skills are essential as you will be expected to liaise closely with our applicants, agencies, and partners, along with departments based at both York and London campuses. The successful candidate will have experience in developing and delivering events and be able to deal with a varied and complex workload.

Knowledge of the international student, HE market and experience in supporting international students in their application journey from initial enquiry to registration is desirable.

Additional information

Whilst based at our York Campus, periods of travel within the UK and overseas will be required.
