Moving and Handling teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards achieving. Formal minute taking in a health care environment. Knowledge of Health and Safety Law Knowledge of NHS Datix system Knowledge of Manual Handling techniques and processes Knowledge of Violence and Aggression techniques and processes Knowledge of Conflict Management techniques and processes Knowledge of Face Mask Fit Testing procedures and processes.Knowledge /Experience Essential criteria Demonstrable and significant experience of undertaking health and safety investigations, risk assessments, inspections and audit Specialist knowledge of health and safety topics and issues in the Healthcare setting Experienced in providing support and facilitation on training courses and workshops Experience in record keeping and database maintenance Experienced in booking facilities for training workshops and communicating with delegates to ensure attendance at the right place and right time.
Desirable criteria significant experience in NHS or equivalent sized organisation Experience in Fit Testing Experienced in supporting and delivering training workshops to large/small groups or individuals. Involvement in Quality Improvement initiatives Writing reports/producing data graphs Project work DSE assessments Skills Essential criteria Team work Excellent communication skills.Ability to prioritise work.
