As a result of their continued success, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Technician at their world-class modern manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to minor breakdowns
• Preventative maintenance
• Major breakdowns
• To achieve compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements, Food Safety requirements, Legislative requirements,
• GMP and company policies and procedures.
• Preparation of sub-assembly
• Other tasks as reasonably requested by the Manager
Key Requirements:
• A formal qualification in appropriate subject ONC/HNC, BTEC/City and Guilds in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Discipline/apprenticeship
• Knowledge of high speed and/or food processing production
• Machine setting
• Fault finding and problem solving
• Plc, pneumatics, robotics (desirable)
• Adaptable and able to connect with others
• Team orientated/ collaborative
• Able to operate & take decisions independently/ enjoys autonomy
• Flexibility
Hours of work: Days/Afters/Nights (3-shift rotating)
