SEN Teacher with PE Specialism
We have an exciting opportunity for an established or newly qualified teacher to join our team as an SEN Teacher with PE Specialism.
About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and inspirational teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be an experienced and confident PE teacher who can teach a range of subjects across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. If you are enthusiastic about shaping young minds and fostering creativity, we would love to hear from you.
What we are looking for:
A teacher who is able to:
- Plan and deliver engaging, adaptive lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with SEN.
- Be adaptable and flexible, ready to embrace new ideas and approaches that effectively support students with SEN.
- Know, understand and contribute to the Educational Health Care Plans of each student they work with.
- Support the wellbeing and educational needs of young people with SEN.
- Have a relationships first ethos and an understanding of emotion coaching and the restorative approach.
- Show sensitivity in listening to young people’s situations and the ability to communicate positively and effectively to reach solutions.
- Actively and proactively look ahead, predicting and preventing barriers to success.

Salary and Hours:
Salary: Teacher - M1-UPS plus SEN allowance £2,787
This is a permanent vacancy (5 days per week)
Hours 32.5 Hours per week (8:30am Start)
