Trainer/Assessor in residential childcare - Key Responsibilities:

Trainer/Assessor in Health and Care - You:

We are looking for someone who embodies passion, expertise, and dedication.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold a relevant Residential Childcare qualification at Level 4 or above.
  • Possess or be willing to work towards an assessor qualification (within 6 months of appointment).
  • You will have recently worked in a Residential Childcare position within last 12 months, working with children and young people looked after by their local authority.
  • You will have supported the families of the children and young people you have cared for, including liaising with relevant external agencies.

This role will require travel around Wiltshire, Bristol and other residential childcare homes beyond Wiltshire's borders.
