Are you a solicitor qualified in English and Welsh law with a passion for property transactions? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious Land & Property team in Edinburgh. They are seeking a solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE.
Dual qualification in Scottish law is a bonus but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of conveyancing matters, including urban and rural properties in England and Wales
- Handle residential conveyancing, from modest to high-value properties
- Provide expert advice on property transactions and collaborate with private client experts
- Work independently with minimal supervision while managing challenging tasks
As the successful candidate, you will be:
- A qualified lawyer in English and Welsh law with a minimum of 3 years' PQE
- Experienced in residential conveyancing and knowledgeable about English and Welsh property transactions
- Commercially aware, self-sufficient and a strong team player
- Enthusiastic about developing technical skills and advancing your legal career in a dynamic environment
