We are a 75-bed care home based in Letchworth supporting residents living with dementia. We offer a person-centred approach and support our residents to do as much as they can. We are a non-profit organisation and have over 20 homes in the Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire region.

What does this Care Assistant job involve?
You will be required to:
- Assist residents with all aspects of personal care.
- Assist residents at meal times.
- Become their companion throughout their day and
- Make a positive impact on their daily lives.

You will have excellent communication skills. You will be approachable, observant, patient and reliable. You will be a great team player and be able to liaise with your colleagues when working together.
You will need to be able to provide a relaxed, safe environment for our residents and you will have very good listening skills. You will be concise, accurate and clear when completing daily records.
You must be caring, trustworthy, reliable, conscientious, patient, kind and observant.
No experience required, all training will be provided.
