Job Description
My client is going through a very busy period and requires a Fully Qualified Accountant to manage the excess workload.
This will be "Project" orientated but will mainly focus on Year End duties.- Be a part of the team that will produce the Year End Statutory Accounts, ensuring all are compliant with regulation and legislation.
- Implement robust financial systems and processes.
- Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions.
- Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
- Professional qualification such as ACA ACCA, CIMA or similar.
- Proficient skills in accounting software.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and financial principles, laws and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Competitive salary range of £50,700.
- initial 6 month FTC - may be extended
- Generous 25 days annual leave + BH (Pro Rata)
- Unique 9-day fortnight working pattern.
