An excellent and unique opportunity has arisen within a top national firm for a Solicitor Advocate to join a leading team specialising in motor liability defence in Manchester. You will be joining one of the UK's top defendant motor claims teams, representing major insurers, self-insured corporates, and fleet operators.

Provide strategic advice on procedural and liability issues in motor-related claims.
Draft pleadings, skeleton arguments, and legal opinions.
Manage and progress personal injury litigation with a proactive approach.
Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to deliver practical, commercial legal solutions.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in litigation and courtroom advocacy.
Background in motor litigation or personal injury claims.
Confident in handling your own hearings, applications, and trials.
Experience with credit hire, indemnity, fraud, or catastrophic injury cases in a plus.
Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
Clearly defined career progression in a dynamic legal team.

As a Solicitor Advocate, you will:
Conduct advocacy in the County Court, including OIC and MOJ hearings, trials, and applications.Provide strategic advice on procedural and liability issues in motor-related claims.
Draft pleadings, skeleton arguments, and legal opinions.
Manage and progress personal injury litigation with a proactive approach.
Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to deliver practical, commercial legal solutions.
Support and mentor junior team members in advocacy and litigation.
About you:
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or FCILEx Advocate.Minimum 2 years’ experience in litigation and courtroom advocacy.
Background in motor litigation or personal injury claims.
Confident in handling your own hearings, applications, and trials.
Experience with credit hire, indemnity, fraud, or catastrophic injury cases in a plus.
Strong communicator with a client-focused approach.
