Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and dedicated Agricultural Teaching Assistant to support SEN students in a school setting in the Exmouth area. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a diverse and hands-on learning environment, assisting students in both practical agricultural activities and classroom-based learning.

- Contract Type: Flexible (part-time and full-time roles available)

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience working with SEN students (preferred but not essential)✔ A passion for agriculture, farming, or land-based studies
✔ Ability to support students in practical, outdoor, and classroom-based settings
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to inclusive education
