Factory Accountant - Durham

Having seen phenomenal growth over the last 15 years, this dynamic organisation is looking for a factory accountant to join their team and contribute to the continued success of their UK site. Whilst notice periods will be considered, an IMMEDIATE START is desirable.
Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage management accounts and MI production for the site.
- Daily use of advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Daily cashflow forecasting and analysis
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
This is a super opportunity for an AAT Qualified or Qualified by Experience accountant with sound, recent accounting experience gained within a manufacturing environment.Due to the high volume and complexity of the management information required, advanced Excel skills are essential, including the use of Pivot tables, Sum Ifs and Look-Ups.
As is the ability to work independently and communicate with non-finance managers.
What you'll get in returnYou will be offered a PERMANENT contract with the option of an IMMEDIATE START available.
- Salary £35,000 - £45,000
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 37.5 hour week
- On site 5 days a week, but you can start as early or as late as you want within the factory opening hours
- Free on-site parking
