Location: OxfordSalary: £83-£90 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel is excited to partner with a variety of Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools in the Oxford area, and we are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants. This is an incredible opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young adults with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1-to-1 and small group support to students with diverse learning needs
- Assist in the delivery of pre-set curriculum materials and activities
- Attend to the physical, emotional, and academic needs of students
- Set up and close down classrooms, ensuring a positive learning environment
- Support students in developing their social and life skills

- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Flexibility, punctuality, and a commitment to student development
- Competitive pay: £83-£90 per day (depending on experience)
