Administrative Assistant – II
The position is hybrid, requiring two days in the office per week.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support such as typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, and record keeping.
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, manage calendars, and handle mail distribution.
- Work on special projects involving data recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analysis.
- Multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communicate clearly and organize tasks efficiently.
- Use MS Office tools proficiently.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong administrative coordination abilities.
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
