Salary: MPS/UPS (£31,650 - £43,607 per annum)

About the Role:
As a Class Teacher, you will: ✔ Plan and deliver well-structured lessons in line with the academy’s curriculum and schemes of work.
✔ Assess, monitor, and track student progress, ensuring learning needs are met and achievements are recorded effectively.✔ Adapt teaching strategies to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils.
✔ Set high expectations that inspire, motivate, and challenge students to reach their full potential.
✔ Promote strong progress and positive outcomes for all learners.
✔ Demonstrate strong subject and curriculum knowledge, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences.
✔ Prepare pupils for external assessments, supporting their academic growth and development.
