My client is a well established and reputable Law firm in Slough offering a wide range of legal services to individual, commercial and industrial clients.
Job Description- Providing high quality secretarial and administrative support to the team.
- Transcribing and proofreading legal documents.
- Managing and organising meetings and appointments.
- Filing and archiving relevant documentation efficiently.
- Managing correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Supporting the team in the preparation of legal documentation.
- Handling audio dictation tasks with accuracy and speed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- Proficiency in audio dictation and transcription.
- Law firm background or experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Professionalism and a high level of discretion.
- Must have legal Secretary or law firm experience
