THE TEAM

This role is to sit within our Advisory Department led by Josh Myerson and comprises 6 Teams:

  • Development Advisory
  • Rating Advisory
  • Residential Valuation Advisory
  • Strategic Advisory
  • Valuation Advisory

MAIN DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES:

DUTIES
  • Proactive diary management for the HOD (Head of Department), this will involve ad hoc requests as well as managing annual work cycles, anticipating what will be needed and when and coordinating diaries accordingly.
  • Supporting the HOD in managing their inbox/correspondence, calls and meetings including high value/sensitive/confidential information
  • Organising all internal/external meetings on behalf of the HOD, ensuring that a professional approach is maintained when dealing with high profile senior relationships.
  • Anticipating forthcoming internal events and preparing presentations and other materials, including: power point presentations and speeches, including:
  • Partner and all staff presentations
  • Team away days, strategy days, social events
  • Annual Partners’ conference – liaison with Marketing Director and taking responsibility for logistics/operational delivery of the conference.
  • Supporting projects which improve communication between CMT and the wider partnership. For example, anticipating and drafting comms on projects.
  • Willingness and ability of work outside of normal hours, when required.
  • Close liaison and collaboration with Managing Partner, CMT Directors, Heads of Departments support (EAs and Team Coordinators)
  • Organising all travel arrangements for the HOD
  • Continually promote a positive, HOD brand internally and externally.
  • Support the HOD to foster a culture of support, inclusivity and equity for the Partnership.
  • Deal with matters with integrity and discretion and maintain a safe and confidential environment.
  • Leadership of team of 10 Team Co-ordinators including line management, training & onboarding

  • Exceptionally well organised and self-motivated, proactive in approach
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise, work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Ability to think ahead and anticipate requirements/outcomes
  • Experienced Outlook diary manager
  • Reliable and trustworthy with P&C information
  • Discretion and tact in dealing with clients, partners and staff at all levels
  • Ability to maintain good relationships with other departments in the firm
  • Good time keeping and punctuality
  • Emotional intelligence, ability, and confidence to handle conflicting requests and foster great relationships
  • Positive and empathetic approach to others and capable of working as an integral part of a team
  • High standard of English, written and spoken
  • Capable of working with large, pressured, workload often on tight timescales
  • Positive, friendly & enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent IT skills, highly proficient users of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software
