The Opportunity An exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing the organisations capabilities, driving performance, and supporting employee growth and development at all levels. You will lead the Education, Learning, and Development team and strategy, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development across the UK & Ireland.What will my accountabilities be?Ensure that all education, learning and development (E,L&D) initiatives are aligned with the companys corporate and operational goals.Lead and mentor the L&D team, ensuring effective execution of learning programs and initiatives.Oversee the implementation of the Company Apprenticeships programmes.Facilitate senior leadership coursesDevelop and implement corporate training programs that effectively enhance the skills and competencies of employees.Use E,L&D programs to improve overall employee performance, experience and productivity.Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organisation.Work with the Global L&D Design team to maintain consistency and quality across all training programs.Utilise data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of E,L&D programs and make necessary improvements.Efficiently manage the E,L&D budget and resources to maximize impact.Explore and implement innovative learning technologies and methodologies to keep training programs progressive, current and effective.What Team will I be a part of? Part of the UK & Ireland People Leadership Team, reporting into the Chief People OfficerWho are my customers?
You will partner closely with the People Team, the broader business, Department of Education, Global and local executive and leadership teams, students and Franchisees.
