The Opportunity: Education Recruitment Consultant

We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for driven, passionate individuals to join our thriving Education Recruitment Consultant team based in our London office. In this role, you will have the chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of students by connecting talented educators with schools across London.

As a part of our dynamic Schools division, you will work closely with a team of experienced consultants to place top-quality candidates in schools, focusing on shaping the future of education. This role is ideal for someone with a strong desire to build a career in recruitment while making a positive difference in the educational landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with your team to source, interview, and match outstanding educators with schools across London.
  • Build strong relationships with schools to understand their specific staffing needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both schools and candidates.
  • Drive business growth through proactive recruitment, providing tailored solutions to meet client demands.
  • Work closely with the SEND team (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) to support schools in their unique staffing requirements.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Driven individuals passionate about education and making a real difference.
  • Previous experience in education or a sales-focused role is a plus, but not essential. We are looking for transferable skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment and is eager to learn and grow within the recruitment industry.

Your Duties: Enriching Education, Empowering Educators
  • Attract, onboard, and market exceptional educators, fostering professional relationships to support their career growth and objectives.
  • Business development - broadening the network of schools we can support with exceptional educators.
  • Managing day-to-day, short and long-term placements with a consultative approach.
  • Facilitating interviews and negotiating with clients and educators to obtain the best outcome for all stakeholders
