Teaching Assistant - Wigan

You will work on a one-to-one basis or within small groups of pupils to ensure that the pupils receive adequate support and that action plans can be enforced if required.
For this role, you do not require any specific Teaching Assistant qualifications however you will be required to complete the Teaching Personnel registration process to test your suitability for this role.
This will include:
- An interview within the Teaching Personnel Manchester City Centre Office.
- An application for a fully enhanced child workforce DBS check to ensure that you do not have any criminal convictions that would prevent you from working within a school.
- You will require to put this check onto the Update Service to ensure that it remains an active and active check.
- You will also be required to provide a minimum of two employment-based references that will cover the last two years of your work history.
