Support Worker
Salary: £25 - 26k Per Annum
Contract: Full Time (6-9 months)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rolling rota (includes some weekends)
The Role: We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Homelessness Team. You will be responsible for:
- Providing housing-related support to residents, both in our supported living scheme and the wider community
- Writing support plans and risk assessments tailored to individual needs and aspirations
- Assisting residents with substance/alcohol misuse and recovery
- Collaborating with specialist providers, including community mental health teams
Applications from individuals who are passionate about working with homeless people. You do not need extensive experience; backgrounds in mental health, drugs, or other relevant fields are valued, provided you understand the challenging needs of our residents.

Essential Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible rota
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work
