Grounds maintenance & handyperson
Duties:- varied works from basic maintenance at offices & schools, tidy up jobs and DIY type works.
- Some contract garden maintenance, mowing, hedge trimming, general maintenance to our customers
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks
- Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Some cleaning at times
- occasional deliveries
- To perform other duties as and when needed
- Never a Dull day !
- Experience in general maintenance and repair work and outside work
- Strong knowledge of various tools, equipment, and materials used in maintenance work, although training will be given
- Must have a ' can do ' attitude
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients & team.
- Be able to work in a team but also motivated to work alone.
- 40 hours per week :-Flexibility can be discussed
28 Days including Bank Holidays
Vehicle Providing ( must have full driving licence)
Enhanced DBS ( working at schools ) will be applied for to successful candidate
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Monday to FridayOvertime available, Experience in gardening preferred.
Work Location: On the road as part of team / or on own
