We’re committed to advocating user-centred designs and driving data-led improvements, while also facilitating design research to support Trinny London in reaching its business objectives.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a desire to develop your career, all while making a meaningful impact on our business and customers, this is the opportunity for you!

Welcome to Trinny London!

Here at Trinny London, we’re changing the face of makeup and demystifying skincare, and we're only just getting started. Founded in 2017 by Trinny Woodall, Trinny London is challenging people all over the world to rethink their routines.

We have achieved tremendous growth since 2017 and we’re proud to be one of Europe’s fastest-growing beauty brands. We’re generating millions of sales by developing innovative products, acquiring hundreds of thousands of supporters and customers all over the world, and more importantly, building a talented and motivated team to support our fantastic growth.

Our Values

We live by three core values: we bring fearless passion, we act with smart intent and we all wear yellow together.

We always go the extra mile, working together to push boundaries and celebrate our wins and learnings as a team. We listen to every idea, big or small, and make considered decisions. We support each other to achieve our goals and thrive on collaboration.

The Role

Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research through user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights on user behaviour and pain points
  • Manage research analysis to make recommendations for experimentation
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights that inform design decisions and strategies
  • Design and manage user testing processes, including A/B tests and prototype evaluations, using analytics to validate designs and measure improvements
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams, senior stakeholders, designers, product managers and engineers, sharing research findings that guide their decision-making and improve user experience
  • Partner with the UX/UI team to implement personalised user journeys based on behaviour and preferences
  • Educate other teams on the importance of user feedback and foster a user-first mindset across the company

Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Experience in user research (quantitative and qualitative), preferably in digital user experience and technology-focused projects.
  • Proven ability to conduct end-to-end research using a variety of methodologies.
  • You understand and can support teams to apply a range of methods to analyse research data and synthesise findings. You can advise on the choice and application of techniques and can critique colleagues’ findings to ensure best practice
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies, such as usability testing, interviews, and surveys - as well as knowing when to use them
  • Personal interest in understanding diverse user needs and preferences
  • Experience in Agile environments and rapid research timeframes is advantageous
  • Ability to work with data tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar (or similar) to analyse user behaviour
  • Enthusiasm for UX research and a desire to grow within the field
  • Previous experience in the luxury beauty and/or fashion industry is a plus

We love to hear from anybody interested in Trinny London! Although it’s useful to have the skills listed above, we’re always eager to hear from ambitious people looking for their next challenge.

Benefits

Our mission is to give our customers the tools they need to be their best. And the same goes for our team through our benefits:
