An exciting senior-level opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Partner to join a highly respected Legal 500 firm at its Leeds office.
This leading regional practice is looking to further strengthen its Commercial Litigation team and is seeking to appoint a talented Solicitor at Partner level who brings experience from a similar Legal 500 ranked firm—either regional or national.
Senior Associates with strong experience in commercial litigation who are ready to take the next step in their career to Partnership level are also encouraged to apply.
The Opportunity:
This is a key strategic hire, aimed at servicing existing work whilst also contributing to the continued growth and development of the department. You will be expected to handle complex, high-quality disputes, as well as play an active role in business development and client relationship management.
Areas of work covered by the team include:
- Commercial contract disputes
- Company and shareholder disputes
- Construction litigation
- Property litigation
- Franchise disputes
- Intellectual property claims
- Employment tribunal work
- Contentious probate
- Professional negligence
