If you're an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker seeking a flexible working model with an uncapped commission structure, this is your ideal next move.

Working remotely from home, you will cover the East London and Essex area, supporting clients across Romford, Ilford, Dagenham, Barking, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Southend-on-Sea, and beyond. You will benefit from 5-7 high-quality leads per week from partnered estate agencies, alongside the ability to build and manage your own client base for even greater financial reward.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, your role will involve:

• Working closely with partnered estate agents in East London and Essex to manage and convert pre-qualified leads.
• Providing whole-of-market mortgage advice and protection solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
• Assisting clients from initial enquiry through to mortgage completion, delivering exceptional customer service throughout.
• Staying up to date with mortgage products, rates, and lender criteria.
• Building your own lead network via referrals, recommendations, and local relationships to increase high earnings potential.
• Maintaining strict adherence to FCA regulations and ensuring files are fully compliant.
• Managing a personal pipeline of clients with confidence and professionalism.
• Keeping accurate, up-to-date CRM and compliance records.

What You Need to Succeed:

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent industry qualification) – essential
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
• Track record of delivering results and meeting performance targets
• Comfortable working from home, managing your own diary, and generating business
• Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage and protection market
• Based in or near East London or Essex (Romford, Chelmsford, Ilford, Brentwood, Southend-on-Sea, Barking, etc.)
• A stable internet connection and a suitable home office environment

• Fully home-based role – no daily commuting
• Hot leads from partnered estate agents – 5-7 per week
• Uncapped commission with OTE between £50,000 - £65,000+
• Base salary of £27,000 - £29,000 including car allowance
