Qualified Social Worker - Derby
We have an Ongoing need for Social Workers.
We are urgently seeking for dedicated social workers to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need.

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized care plans for adults.Provide counselling and emotional support to clients facing various challenges
Connect clients with appropriate resources and services within the community
Advocate for client's rights and best interests
Monitor and evaluate clients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, healthcare providers, and social service agencies
Experience :
Must have at least 1+ years of work placement/work experience within social work.Must be registered with Social Work England and will need to be proved at the application stage.
Must have a drivers license for on-call shifts and live within 30km of Derbyshire.
