About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to join our client's team, a leading provider of hire equipment and services in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an administrative role and wants to contribute to the smooth operations of a well-established company.

The role will be based at the Stanlow Refinery site, and due to the location, reliable transport is essential.

As an Admin Coordinator, your primary focus will be providing administrative support to ensure the efficient delivery of hire services. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating bookings, and maintaining accurate records to ensure all operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Communication: Answer incoming calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner.

Assist with customer communications, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all interactions.

Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day office support, including managing paperwork and maintaining accurate hire records.

Process hire bookings, ensuring proper documentation and scheduling of equipment.

Maintain and update hire equipment availability schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources.

Coordination & Scheduling: Assist with coordinating the logistics of hire equipment, ensuring timely delivery and collection.

Track and manage equipment returns, ensuring all paperwork and processes are completed correctly.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination between operations, sales, and customer service.

Assist in any ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure office functions are carried out efficiently.

What We Offer:

Salary: Up to £25,755 per annum, depending on experience.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, with the opportunity for overtime as required.
Contract Type: Temporary contract until April 2025, with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role is essential.
Hire experience is desirable, but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service mindset.

Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Transport is essential due to the site’s location at Stanlow Refinery.
