We provide our brands with the tools to market their products via sampling, outdoor advertising, and digital campaigns across social media etc.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an energetic, persuasive and creative operations executive that will ensure the campaigns we run for TOP global brands run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Manager with operational issues
• Scheduling meetings and team building sessions
• Promptly answering the questions of staff and customers globally
• Assisting the recruitment and marketing team
• Manage and organise campaigns assigned to you from beginning to end
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with our customers
• General Admin

• Excellent communication skills, via phone and email
• Team player however works well on their own
• Proven track record of working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Is action oriented and full of energy for things they see as challenging
• Provides individuals (Operations manager/sales team) information so that they can make accurate decisions
• Have great attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns/customers at any time
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• Database management skills
• Be Excel proficient
