About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and tenacious Conveyancer/Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-known, respected Commercial Property team in Stockport.

This is a fantastic chance to become part of a successful and growing team. You will have 3-5 years of experience in fee earning and a strong passion for residential property law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions
• Provide expert legal advice and services to clients
• Guide and support colleagues within the team
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to the growth and success of the team

Skills and Experience Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in fee earning within residential property law
• Strong knowledge of residential property transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Professional demeanour and commitment to client service
