Taskmaster are currently looking to a Finance Administrator to join the expanding warehouse team of our well established client based in March.

Suitable candidates for the Finance Administrator Position will be required:

• Drafting customer invoices ensuring correct charge rates
• Managing the Finance email inbox.
• Responding to letters.
• All other administration duties involved in payroll and finance.

• Knowledge of how to exchange currency rates.
• Experience of Data entry and Stock count.
• Positive and a ‘Can do’ attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to compose professional and accurate emails.
• Confident speaking on the phone.
• Professional attitude in all aspects of the job role
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Excellent customer services skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationship
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook

Pay rate: £14.42 p/h- £16.82 p/h based on experience
