About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms to deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of a teacher. Your role is to manage the classroom, ensure students remain on task, and provide a positive learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain classroom experience before pursuing a teaching career or those who enjoy working in education with flexible working hours.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Confident individuals with strong classroom management skills✔ Experience working with young people (e.g., coaching, tutoring, youth work, or classroom experience)
✔ A passion for education and supporting students
✔ Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced school environment
✔ A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
