Teaching Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Outwood Primary Academy Ledger Lane is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join their academy. The role of Teaching Assistant across our Academy is to promote the learning and welfare of students by providing practical and learning support to students, including those with statements of special educational needs, under the direction of the class teacher.
This is a Temporary position to cover maternity from May 2025 to Feb 2026, however the post may end sooner should the staff member return to work earlier, in which case one months notice would be given.
The working pattern for this role is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term-time only plus an additional two inset days.
