We are seeking experienced Support Workers who:
- Have experience supporting individuals with mental health, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviour.
- Are passionate about encouraging independence and community involvement.
- Are willing to drive a company vehicle to support individuals with outings and activities.
As a Support Worker, you will:
- 🏠 Assist with everyday tasks like dressing, cooking, and household management.
- 🎯 Support individuals in hobbies, social engagements, and personal goals.
- 💊 Administer medication as required.
- 📋 Complete and maintain daily care plans.
- 🛡️ Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met to protect adults’ rights.
The Person:
- Experience with mental health and learning disabilities is advantageous.
- Passionate about making a difference every day.
- Adaptable, positive, and energetic.
- Caring with a good sense of humour! 😄
