Job Title: Customer Service AdvisorSalary: £22,368.06 per year
Hours: Full-time: 37.5 hrs/week, Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am - 1pm.
Location: Green Lane, Walsall, West Midlands

Our Customer Service Advisors are experts in helping customers with a variety of queries from paying a water bill to helping withwater supply issues. Customer service experience is desirable but if you don’t have any, don’t worry! We offer a comprehensive

The Role:
The role involves delivering excellent customer service on the telephone, for example taking payment and Direct Debit calls fromour customers. You’ll deliver first class customer service each and every time, and ideally you have a background of providing
that to a high quality whether that’s inbound, outbound or face to face.
Shift Pattern:
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday with shifts between 8am-6pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am-1pm

The assessment centre will involve an interview and a quick online test of your customer service skills so it's nothing to benervous about! We'll do our best to make you feel comfortable and you'll learn plenty more about us in the process.
