My client (nursery) in Luton is seeking a Nursery Manager. Please only apply if you have a minimum level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years qualification alongside nursery management experience as either a manager or deputy.

What our Nursery Managers are responsible do:
Implement the EYFS and oversee planning and record keeping.Create lasting relationships with parents, carers, and families.
Build strong partnerships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and agencies.
Manage a busy and thriving Nursery, influencing occupancy and staying compliant.
Identify training needs of your team members, working with them to develop plans for their future!
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualificationEnglish and Maths GCSE
Strong leadership and management skills
Passion for early childhood education
Experience in managing a nursery setting.
