An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse to join our expert nursing Team within the Rheumatology Specialty. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who must have Rheumatology experience.

You will be fully supported to develop existing and new skills working within frameworks of competence.

As a band 7 you will have V300, and rheumatology experience, preferably with a recognised rheumatology qualification.

We would welcome applicants as a band 6 - you will be fully supported to complete in house competencies, V300, and a rheumatology qualification. on successful completion you will progress to band 7

You will be joining a multi- disciplinary rheumatology service that continues to grow and develop, working alongside Consultant Rheumatologists, Junior doctors, other specialty nurses/Advance Rheumatology Practitioners, dedicated Health Care Assistants and Pharmacists.

There is full administrative support and the team works collaboratively with the Rheumatology Therapy Team that comprises of Specialist Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Occupational Therapists and Counselling.

The specialist Rheumatology service is based in the center of Bolton at Bolton One, a large, vibrant and modern building which incorporates multiple Bolton NHS Foundation Trust clinical services, the Jason Kenny Centre with swimming pool, as well as faculties of Bolton University.
