The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Admin Assistant to manage a variety of financial tasks with a focus on financial control, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial analysis. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial processes, handling the generation and management of invoices, conducting financial reconciliations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.

You will be working on financial control maintaining accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded. You will raise invoices generating and issuing accurate invoices to partners in a timely manner. You will get the opportunity to perform monthly reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.You will assist in preparing financial reports, providing key insights into business performance whilst analysing financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

What you can bring
We would like to see some proven experience in finance administration, accounting, or a similar role. You don't have to have finance qualification but we would like to see strong knowledge of financial systems and accounting software & excel.You must have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills with an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and generate reports.
