The restaurant offers a diverse menu, including classic Italian à la carte, fine dining options, set menus, and a lively weekend brunch.The team consists of highly skilled chefs, with great stability and benefits for the right candidate to thrive in this environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pasta Chef to join a reputable restaurant group with a focus on quality and tradition.Key Requirements:
A deep passion for Italian cuisine, particularly pasta.Experience in premium restaurants with a fast-paced service environment.Hands-on approach to cooking with high-quality ingredients.Strong commitment to maintaining high standards across the kitchen.Ability to work well within a large team and report effectively to senior management.
