B2B Marketing Manager HYROX365 (d/w/m)
HYROX is a global sports event series that combines running and functional fitness training in a unique race format. Founded in Germany in 2017, HYROX has evolved into a worldwide fitness movement with events across five continents, attracting tens of thousands of athletes every season.
As our B2B Marketing Manager HYROX365 (d/w/m), you will own the content strategy and execution that drives affiliation and Academy sales across the HYROX365 partner journey. You are both the strategist and the executor – you build the plan, own the channels, and produce the content yourself.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Strategy & Channel Ownership: Develop and own the content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and our partner newsletter, maintaining a calendar aligned with conversion goals.
- Content Production: Produce high-quality case studies, success stories, and long-form guides. You conduct interviews with industry figures and transform Academy content into high-converting video snippets.
- Product Marketing: Own the content side of product marketing for the HYROX Performance Hub and Academy, translating technical updates into clear value propositions for coaches and operators.
- Sales & PR Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to support the pipeline and collaborate with our PR agency to align editorial output with broader communication strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Set up and own a performance reporting framework to track engagement and conversion contribution, making data-informed decisions on content investment.
- Educational Content: Script and structure webinars and educational formats that help partners understand the HYROX365 model and commercial opportunities.
- Experience: 3–5 years in B2B content marketing, ideally within a SaaS or subscription-based environment.
- Seniority: You operate at a Manager to Senior Manager level.
- Technical Skills: Proven ability to own end-to-end content strategies and fluency in LinkedIn/Instagram as distinct B2B channels.
- Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of (or a strong desire to learn) the fitness industry, gym operator challenges, and how HYROX provides solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written English with a confident editorial voice (C-Level/Fluent). German is a plus.
- Mindset: Curious, inquisitive, and up-to-date with industry trends. You are a skilled interviewer who can find the story worth telling.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working in a "hands-on" capacity.
- Location: Based in Hamburg or London.
- Language: English (C-Level); additional languages are a plus.
